Française d’après Claude Gervaise, FP 103 by Poulenc, Francis

Claude Gervaise was a well-known Parisian composer during the Renaissance. This short piece was inspired by the music of Gervaise, and is a wonderful fusion of Poulenc’s creativity and Renaissance style.

Note: Though titled similarly, this is a different piece than Suite Française d’après Claude Gervaise FP 80.
